Pros and Cons of buying Ray-Ban Wayfarers in white?
they are $98. im a girl, 17, parents say its a waste of money. say sunglasses are often scratched, broken, lost, but i like them a lot, and would buy them with my own money. Your thoughts?
Pro: they're classic. They've never really gone out of style, and I don't think they ever will. Even next summer when everyone's on to the next "new thing", they'll still look cool.
Con: they're $98! That's a lot of money to spend on a pair of sunglasses unless you are planning to take REALLY good care of them (i.e. not throwing them in your purse, not letting them slide back and forth on the dashboard every time you make a turn, not letting your 1 year-old niece play with them, etc.).
If you really love them, just get them. You're only young and bill-less once. lol So what if they end up being a bad purchase? $98 is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
