I made shot glasses of chocolate for a birthday party friends. I want to put them in individual cellophane bags.
Everytime I go to put one in a cello bag, chocolate smears all over IT.Can anyone tell me why chocolate smears.i wait until they are cold enough and there is still a problem. HELP!
The temperature you handle it is too hot, the chocolate you use is too soft, put your hands in ice before being packed and transported in a cooler or chiller
