What Do The Different Style Numbers Represent for Ray Ban Wayfarer's?
I want black and have a pretty big head. I heard they run big so i was thinking of going with mediums. Let me know, thanks guys.
The different styles represent either the size or the shape of the Wayfarer. For example the RB2140 (here: https://www.shadesdaddy.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=78) is the classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer that has a bit of a upward slanted shape. Its the ones you see Tom Cruise wearing in Risky Business.
Then you have the RB2151: https://www.shadesdaddy.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=252 which is the new shape that is a lot more squared.
The 2140 comes in 50mm and 54mm, the RB 2113 which is very similar to the 2140 comes in a 50 and 54mm as well. Then you have the RB 2132 which is pretty much very similar t both but the lens size is 52mm and 55mm.
The RB4105 is the foldable Wayfarers which comes in a 54mm which is pretty large as well. They are thick but the RB2140 frames are probably the thickest frame.
